No solution of extra bill made

Respected Sir/Mam,
I have made complaint twice regarding my problem with the costumer. Even i mailed them online. But still I have not get any solution regarding it. They are asking me to pay the outstanding and further if found faulted, they will adjust it. But i questioned them why to pay for the service which i have not used and even complained for it. They had disconnected my outgoing services from many days. Hope they will disconnect the incoming service also in the coming days. My problem phone number is xxxxxxxxxx.
