SWIPE MOBILE PROBLEM FROM PURCHASING
Sir, my complaint against ‘SWIPE MOBILE’ Swipe Telecom India Pvt Ltd. I purchase swipe Sonic ( CDMA + GSM) IME No-911365700103786 ) mobile by Mahavir Novelties , DADAR (MH) dated on 04/11/2014. I Submit my mobile “ MOBILE MASTER SERVICE CENTRE, VIRAR (MH)” (Attach Job Card ) due to time to time . I hardly suffer from 11 months From (Purchase) starting multiple problems 1st Reliance Card not support my place ,hanging, searching time slow, auto restart, I submit mobile last time in ‘VIRAR’ your service centre for 8 days, dated 19.08.2015. As per your service centre instruction sim card problem just I change Reliance OMH card 2nd Times with in 10 months by new one. But. the Same problem is occurred. service centre distance 65 K.M.in my native place.
Just problem
!) Auto start within day 5-6 times /day and malfunctioning in mobile numbers.
2) hang again & again
3) searching time slow
4) sound not clear opposite party,
5) In case start net (Whats-app) hang with in minutes and restart auto and slow
6) I call opposite party sometimes automatic restart mobile

I hardly suffer from 11 months. So my demand is return my amount + west of time Rs.10.000 +visit to service centre Rs. 500 Total Cast is 6200+10000+500 =16700/- send in 5 day’s.
