MOBILE PROBLEM FROM PURCHASING
Sir, .
I purchase swipe Sonic ( CDMA + GSM) IME No-911365700103786 ) mobile by Mahavir Novelties , DADAR (MH) dated on 04/11/2014. I Submit my mobile “ MOBILE MASTER SERVICE CENTRE, VIRAR (MH)” (Attach Job Card ) due to the problem that we discuses last time. Occurred . I hardly suffer from 12 months From (Purchase) starting multiple problems 1st Reliance Card not support my place ,hanging, searching time slow, auto restart, I submit mobile last time in ‘VIRAR’ your service centre for 8 days, dated 19.08.2015. As per your service centre instruction sim card problem just I change Reliance OMH card 2nd Times with in 10 months by new one. But. the Same problem is occurred. service centre distance 65 K.M.in my native place. Not solve my problem. Again submit mobile set in virar service centre at 17.10.2015 and return change old hand set ( CDMA + GSM) IMEI No 911365700144988 ) Black dated on 9.11.2015.but not my all problem solved .
Return problem
1) Searching time slow
2) Opposite party, not able to clear voice
3) In case start net ( Whatsapp) hang with in minutes and restart auto.

I hardly suffer from 12 months. So my demand is return my amount + west of time Rs.20.000 +visit to service centre Rs. 500 Total Cast is 6200+20000+1000 =27200/- send in 8 day’s.my address;
